When a domain name is registered it  cannot be cancelled or renamed. 

All payment for Domain name registration, web hosting, mailing solutions, etc will have  to be made  in advance. 

Your billing period starts the day your account is activated, whether or not you are actively publicizing a site. Accounts are  considered active and will be charged even if you do not log in and use them. No refunds will be made once an account has been activated.

The validity of the registered domains and hosting if availed will be for a period of one year only from the date of account creation / date of registration unless otherwise specified and is renewable on a per annum basis at prevailing prices.

The renewal of domain name and hosting will fall due a month before the expiry of validity of the domain. Payment has to be sent before the due date mentioned  failing which account will be deactivated.

Ebizera will not be held responsible in any manner if the client fails or delays  to renew his domain when it is due for renewal. 

Web hosting accounts are for the purposes of hosting websites and email ONLY.  Ebizera does not allow  content such as Virus, Trojan or other form of programs that might jeopardize the performance of Ebizera's or it's principals/customer's hardware or software, Pornography or adult materials, Information that is considered to be confidential or vital to any Central or State government, Supporting terrorism - directly or indirectly, pyramid schemes, fraud financing etc. Spamming or sending unsolicited commercial email (UCE), software piracy, distribution of pornographic material, hacking, or attempting to use machine or network resources for unlawful purposes. Any account violating these rules will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be issued. Accounts used for Spam will be charged Rs.5000/-($125)on a per complaint basis received plus all expenses incurred in cleaning up after the Spam. Any account found running a game server, an IRC server, or an IRC bot, will be terminated immediately and any fees paid will be forfeited.

Ebizera also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any of its account in the event of any violation and any fees paid will be forfeited.

Any account which consistently exceeds its disk quota will be asked to upgrade to the next level package. Refusal to upgrade or to bring system usage within account parameters may result in the termination of the offending account.

The person that signs up for an account is the person responsible for it. If you no longer wish to be responsible for payment contact Ebizera.com immediately. Accounts are NOT transferable without specific permission from Ebizera.com.

Ebizera.com will not be held responsible for any content on its client's sites which others may find offensive.

A bounced check will incur service charge of  Rs.600/- and all future payments will be  accepted by Demand draft only.

Ebizera.com must be informed of any changes to your name, mailing address, phone number, or email address in writing whenever any changes occur.

Ebizera.com provides services on an "as is" basis and cannot and will not be held liable for any damages that may occur, whether indirect, incidental, or consequential that may arise. A local backup copy of your website, work, etc should be maintained on your own personal computer. 

Ebizera.com reserves the right to alter, amend, or change these policies at any time. All accounts are required to comply with any changes made to these policies while their accounts are active. Notification of any major changes to the policies will be emailed to all accounts even otherwise you are requested to visit the official website to keep abreast of such changes.

Data transfer charges per month will be applicable for clients who exceeds the bandwidth limit set by the company. Ebizera will impose bandwidth restriction or throttling if any of its customers [ account ] might jeopardize the performance of the server. A site is allowed to use 200 Mb bandwidth per month. The following applications are not allowed in other accounts except Secured FTP Accounts:
    1. Data Entry FTPing.
    2. Medical Transcriptions.
    3. Using as a FTP server for massive downloads. 

In no event shall Ebizera.com or its staff be liable for any direct or indirect damages which includes loss of use, data or profit arising in any way connected with the use of Ebizera.com services. All back up should be maintained by the client themselves.
